Our Coaches

We employ an enthusiastic team of highly qualified coaches, across our pool locations. Each location is led by a head coach who sets direction and program for that sites squads.

Rackley’s coaching philosophy is centered on developing a positive club environment and culture. A key role for our coaches is to foster an enjoyable environment where athletes strive to become not only the best athletes they can be but along the way also develop skills that will enable them to be successful people.

Our coaches are focused on the task of giving each and every swimmer in their squad the best possible opportunity to improve their swimming and attain their personal goals. They are always willing to discuss your child’s progress, recognizing that discussions on pool deck can distract from the session please contact them via phone or email to organize a suitable time.
